FEEL EMPOWERED AND TAKE THE FIRST STEP!

$1,400 

> 8 sessions @ ~55 mins/each; 1 session per week for 8 weeks: during these sessions, we will follow your progress and discuss any barriers you may be experiencing that are preventing you from reaching your health goals.

> Pantry and fridge transformation (~40 mins): either in person or on video, we will give your pantry and fridge a complete makeover to set the stage and maximize your chance of complete success. 

> Grocery store visit (~60 mins): we will visit your local grocery store together (or I will join via video if location visit is not practical) and discuss the types of foods to make staples in your home, the type of items to avoid, and general discussion related to grocery shopping and our food system.

> Reference materials, study sources, videos, blogs, etc.: I will search for and send you whatever information you need related to your health challenges and goals. 

> Recipes: I have accumulated many recipes over the years that I have tweaked to make whole food plant-based compliant and am happy to share them with you as things come up during our discussions or if you are interested in trying new things.

> Tips and tricks: I have discovered life hacks to make this lifestyle simple and enjoyable. I understand it can be overwhelming so I will share whatever wisdom I have learned.

> DRUMROLL FOR MY FAVORITE because I am not aware of any nutritional consultants who offer it and believe this can be the difference between a person reaching their goal and quitting: I will be available for one-offs via text or phone for the 8 weeks while you are on this plan. The topic can be anything, here are some examples:

You are in the grocery store, see something and are not sure sure if it is compliant; you can call or text and I will let you know what you can substitute it with.

You have a favorite recipe and want to tweak it to make it compliant: send it my way and I will send it back revised.

You are having a rough day and about to devour something less than healthy: call and we will chat!

You are frustrated, you are happy, you are whatever and just want to bounce something off of me: call and we will chat 🙂
